Village of Key Biscayne Community Clean Up
🧹 Streets of Key Biscayne: Village-Wide Neighborhood Cleanup
Join the Village of Key Biscayne and FILLABAG for an all-ages community cleanup and lunch on April 11, 2026, from 10 AM – 1 PM.
This year, we’re leveling up! We are introducing our "Hot Spots" Cleanup Map, specifically designed to help our volunteers target the areas of the Island that need the most love. Whether you are navigating by golf cart or on foot, we’ll have a designated zone ready for you to tackle.
📍 Event Details
- When: April 11, 2026 | 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Where: Meet at Paradise Park (Next to the Community Center)
- Registration: REQUIRED. Please ensure all volunteers in your group are included when prompted.
- Requirements: Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
The "Hot Spot" Mission / Upon check-in, volunteers will gain access to a Digital Hot Spots Map.
- Golf Cart Strike Teams: If you have a golf cart, let us know! We will steer you toward the outlying "Hot Spots" that require wheels to reach.
- Foot Patrols: For those on foot, we have high-impact zones within walking distance of the park
⏱️ Run of Show
- 10:00 AM: Meet at Paradise Park.
- 10:00 – 10:15 AM: Check-In & Gear Up. * 10:15 – 10:30 AM: Orientation, Safety Talk, and "Hot Spot" Zone Assignments.
- 10:30 AM: Hit the Streets! (Carts and Foot Patrols deploy).
- 10:30 – 12:00 PM: Cleanup in progress!
- 12:00 – 12:10 PM: Return to Paradise Park.
- 12:10 – 12:30 PM: The Big Weigh-In.
- 12:30 PM: Group Picture.
- 12:30 – 1:00 PM: Pizza Lunch for all volunteers!
