Earth Day @ Crandon Park

2026 at Crandon Park Beach:  Protecting & Preserving the Shoreline

At Miami-Dade Parks, every day is Earth Day! Join us on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at Crandon Park Beach as we come together to protect and preserve our precious coastal sand dune habitats. Volunteers will work alongside park staff to restore the park's vital coastal dunes, remove harmful invasive species, and plant native flora that are essential to maintaining the health of our shoreline.

Our Earth day signature service day will not only highlight the importance of preserving natural coastal resources, but it will also offer fun, family-friendly conservation impact activities. By participating, you'll help safeguard Miami-Dade’s unique and fragile ecosystems while making a positive impact on the environment.
